Hire a company, not an agent

Unlike traditional brokerage firms, we’ve centralized the listings process and provide the majority of listings to our salespeople, allowing our agent body to focus on prospecting for tenants and direct outreach. For our clients, this means they’re getting the resources of the entire company, versus the efforts of an individual agent or team. Filling vacant space is our agents’ fulltime job.
